Enterprise Archiving and Distribution for SharePoint (EADS)

SeeUnity’s EADS solution provides fully automated synchronization of content, and options for the customer to define how content is archived and published.

EADS can be used to maintain synchronized copies on both SharePoint and native repositories, to protect documents of record. Alternatively, EADS can provide virtual links to documents through SharePoint, while keeping a single copy on the native repository for better content management practices and reducing file space overhead.

Folders and conditions can be defined for distributing content from native repositories to sharepoint, allowing users to create their own content publishing workflow.

ADS provides key benefits, including improved document security and protection against content overwriting, and the ability for users to easily archive and publish content across the organization. EADS also provide another layer of content control through a single UI, further reducing the need for knowledge workers to manage multiple ECM interfaces.
